Winter Yoga Sunday Escape
1.30pm - 4.30pm
Set in the South Downs National Park with far reaching, uninterrupted views to the Downs
We have designed this deeply nourishing Sunday workshop for you - an afternoon day of yoga: body, breath, sound, meditation, including elements of thai yoga massage and Family Constellations, in order to bring any deep held tension safely to awareness, encouraging release, and healing for your body and mind.
Allow us to hold a space where you can deeply relax and nurture yourself as we turn inward during the colder months.
You could choose to arrive early for a country walk before the 1.30pm start, as the area is glorious!
Teas and healthy organic snacks on arrival.
Reviews from women who attended previous REST days:
'A deeply nourishing safe space to simply be. Somewhere to tune out of the rush of every-day life and have a moment to look after yourself. A time to fill your cup so you can go back to filling others. Everyone should do this, especially those who mother!'
'A very relaxing day in a place where you can feel safe and understand by others.'
'Day of escape from the crazy but beautiful world of motherhood!! Just what I needed and sure other women would value and appreciate something like this too! It was perfect and right timing for me as it was what my mind, body and soul needed :)) Gave me time to just relax and reflect on so much time absorbed on giving... It was a lovely day and can't thank you all enough for being there. Thank you & Namaste'
'A day just to stop and take stock, rest and be nurtured, surrounded by like-minded souls.'
The day will be led by Leonie Taylor, Senior Vajrasati yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, 500 + hour Yoga Alliance accreditation and Thai Yoga Therapist; and Janee Swan, Thai Yoga Massage therapist, Family Constellator and yoga teacher in training.
