A deliciously deep, flowing and enlivening morning practise to awaken body, heart and soul. We will playfully and dynamically explore opening connection in the physical and subtle bodies. Working with energy through individual and shared practises, weaving strong but meditative asana, mantra and pranayama with partner work and Thai Yoga Massage techniques to unravel tension.

These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation techniques will be combined to improve strength and flexibility, relax the body and calm the mind, leaving students feeling refreshed, inspired and relaxed.
INTRO to FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS- Mark Reeves
Family Constellations is a unique way of exploring something to reveal the hidden dynamics and patterns and can be surprising and empowering in what it brings to light and the issues it can help shift and resolve.
It is a group process where people representing our family members or other relevant aspects of our life create a living map of the situation where things can be revealed and understood in a new way, giving fresh insight and opportunities for change and movement.
It can be related to family, work, relationships, finances, personal projects or any significant thing that you would like to unravel and understand a bit more of its inner mystery.
This workshop will be an opportunity to experience how the process works and be a part of helping to create it. Even being there as a representative for another’s constellation can open things up and touch us in powerful ways.

A beautiful flow class, to connect mind body and breath as we move through an integration of body awareness as we move through space. We will allow the joints to be free, the mind to be a tool of inquiry as it connects deep within the bodies limitations without force or judgment. We will move, flow, open, encourage breath and smile, as we fully connect to the deeper being of oneself and allow our hearts to open up and shine bright.
RE-SOUND- Movement and Mantra Workshop - Brydie Rowan
We all have stories about our voices and our bodies - this is an opportunity to gently feel into whether those stories serve us, whether they may be rewritten or released
Through yogic movement and optional mantra we will flow through a landscape of somatic deliciousness together.
You do not need to have practised Yoga before or even to sing out loud, just bring yourself…as you are. The invitation is to be present and enjoy.

Her training focuses very much on connection and absorption and she encourages students to move from the heart and connect with their essential self. With Iyenger inspired precision in alignment students learn to move safely developing their own intuition. Classes incorporate slow flowing asana moving into restorative and deeper held postures that open the heart and release tension. She encourages students to go deeper to challenge their samskaras, habitual patterns of holding, while keeping a sense of lightness and playfulness.

Unity Partner Yoga -Sevanti
'Unity Partner Yoga is accessable to all, bringing the community together through a sacred yet joyful practice of duo/group yoga. Unity Yoga focusses on the breath, sensation & energy as we flow through a range of natural organic movement at the heart of Yoga Asana. Dynamics vary between the deep and subtle, to strong and focussed postures and sequences.
The workshop opens with a Unity Yoga individual warm up, followed by Partner Yoga and ending with Savasana and Yoga Nidra or some Partner Acupressure Massage, depending on the needs of the group.'

I have had a daily yoga practice for over 20 years. My training was in IIntegral Yoga and my practice today is influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, John Stirk a bio-energy Chi Gung practice and connection to the elements.
