Family and Kids Yoga
Balance Kids Family Yoga (2-5 year olds)
Partner up with your little one to access the many benefits of yoga in a way that is fun and meaningful for them. We will use stories and songs to learn poses, play yoga games and use lots of fun sensory materials to chill & relax. We will be planting the seeds for body awareness, self regulation and kindness as well as improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and motor skills.
Balance Kids Yoga for 6-10 year olds:
Bringing yoga to 6-10 year olds through high energy, fun games and challenges followed by gradually bringing the energy down a notch with some mindfulness, and finally transition into that all important relaxation time. Kids enter a safe, non competitive environment where they are encouraged to be themselves and leave feeling happy, healthy and balanced.

'Free play' is important too - we have a kids area for dropping into throughout the event as well as volley ball and table tennis and ofcourse the RIVER!
Walks are straight into the vast Sheffield Park for those quieter moments.
