MEET YOUR TEACHERS
What sets YOGACAMP apart is that our teaching team is a solid base of highly experienced teachers. Most come back every year to teach with ever increasing deeper knowledge and expanded awareness.
Returning guests have grown alongside them creating a very special annual gathering.
Each year you will be offered new teachings and some new teachers.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here’s an idea of what your camp might look like:
Thursday:
Thursday is all about arriving and settling in.
Arrive from 3pm and set up your camp and awaken the senses to into the beautiful nature we will share and honour.
2 Arrive and land classes will help you settle and ease you into the early evening.
A Freshly cooked evening meal will be served at 6pm when we have a chance to greet and mingle.
The Sauna will be lit and ready!
Massage treatments and one-to-one healings will be available which might be a really nice way to start your event.
We will have a beautiful communal Cacao Ritual on Thursday evening and light the campfire ceremonially which will be burning throughout the event.
Friday:
On Friday morning we begin with a meditation or qi gong followed by more dymanic asana classes
A range of other classes are offered including Indian singing and partner massage, freshly catered communal lunch, sauna ritual, and healing treatments.
And we gather for an a delicious catered meal then gather for the Full group Grounding Medicine Sound Bath with loved Maria Nayler and musicians.
Our group is united, as our weekend together begins.
Afterwards Yoga nidra is offered for that ultimate deep relaxation before your first rejuvenating sleep in the sweet Enchanted surroundings.
Saturday:
Start your day with meditation or gentle Qigong movement to re-awaken your mind and body.
Morning Dive into dynamic and active yoga sessions led by experienced teachers. These practices are perfect for getting your energy flowing.
Lunch A delicious break for lunch freshly catered tasty and colourful, filling the belly and senses
Afternoon Ease back into the day with a variety of yoga workshops to choose from: breathwork; forest bathing; Kundalini; ropework; creative writing; vocal healing; Scaravalli; somatic enquiry; Vajrasati yoga; sound baths; Sauna Rituals.
Saturday Evening Nourishing meal, share the Love with dancing, and connecting around the campfire for song and conversation and delicious Yoga Nidra or indulge in one more sauna session.
Sauna. You can choose to join in one of the divine Sauna Ritual sessions, or just come and go as you please.
Sunday:
Morning Choose from Meditation and Qi Gong and then Dive into a dynamic and active yoga session.
Followed by a session which is slower and more considered - a time for integration.
In the the Late morning we schedule in slower paced offerings including partner massage and
Lunch The last feast freshly catered tasty and colourful, filling the belly and senses.
This leads us to the closing ceremony where we join in circle to reflect, give thanks and draw our glorious time together to a gentle close..... relaxed, uplifted and connected.
The sauna and treatment spaces remain open for a few more hours for those who wish to round off the weekend.
LOCATION
Ousemeadow Campsite, Sheffield Park, East Sussex TN22 3QL.
Our fantastic location offers a spacious meadow, surrounded by 100's of acres of
majestic woodland in an Area of Outstanding Beauty,
with public walkways and beautiful views.
The Campsite is vast with some shade on the periphery. You will be able to camp with your group and everything is close by to the camping, including parking,

There are highly recommended open roof showers and a clean flushing toilets in our fields.

At YOGACAMP we are as passionate about Food as we are about Yoga.
The food and meals available to you over the weekend will be vegan, fresh, organic where possible, balanced and designed to give you
energy, nutrition, delight and satisfaction.

YOGACAMP welcomes Sauna experiences into the heart of the camp.
We invite you to tend to yourself alongside others, allowing the fire to warm your wild Body and Soul.
Include a sauna as a healthy start and end to your day, or before/after a massage immerse in a nourishing Sauna + Cacao ritual experience.

Make camping easy by hiring a ready set 5m Bell Tent!
Sleeps up to 5 people.
The Classic: includes a double full height bed, linen, 13.5 tog duvet and pillows, bed throw, 2 bedside tables, 2 lanterns. £290 for 3 nights.
The Delux: includes a full height bed, 13.5 tog duvet and pillows, bed throw, 2 bedside tables, 2 lanterns, light with usb charging port, extra pillows, matting, sheep skin rugs, mirror, flowers , doormat, bunting, beside box with towels. £390 for 3 nights.


FAMILIES WELCOME
Families are warmly welcomed at YOGACAMP. We host a small nature-based kids space where children can play, explore and connect with the outdoors while adults enjoy classes. Activities are simple, creative and relaxed - from games and crafts to forest-style play. Shared parenting makes it easy for adults to take part in sessions while children enjoy their own space nearby.
Teens are also welcome to get involved, helping with younger children or joining workshops.
