Voice and Sound therapy
Sound Therapy uses sound, voice, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and well-being.
Discover how to heal yourself emotionally or physically — using a safe, scientifically proven modality that’s been used globally for thousands of years by traditional healers and ancient practitioners.
Despite becoming more well known over the last decade, Sound & Voice Therapies are by no means new. In fact, our ancestors have been sounding and voicing in the landscape for thousands of years. Whether they were calling to each other across a distance to inform other hunters that the buffalo were on the plain, drumming warning messages or worshipping with a Himalayan singing bowl in a forest temple, we have been united through sound. Sound and the voice were not just used to communicate with each other but also with nature, the earth, the cosmos and the spirit realms.

Therapeutic Thai massage
Deep Tissue Thai Massage

Therapeutic Thai Massage is a traditional form of bodywork that forms part of Thai medicine. We work on the body using various techniques; hands, feet, elbows, to release tension and stagnation in the skin, soft tissue, joints and bones, and around the organs, restoring harmony, balance, and flow.
Each session includes a consultation so that treatment is appropriate and effective. Depending on what you need personally, and in response to your constitutional element, treatment may be deeply relaxing or energizing and revitalising.

Sonic Vibrational Healing
Structural BodyWork Massage

Sonic Vibration Therapy is a powerful form of massage transmitted as sound-waves through the body. The sound-waves occupy different frequencies which then feedback revealing where the blockages are located in the body which can then be opened and released. It works in a very similar way to the way bats and submarines use sonar to navigate. In many cases this form of treatment accesses the areas and relieves painful symptoms where physical touch cannot.

Shiatsu,
Japanese Acupressure Massage

Shiatsu is a healing art, originating in Japan, which uses the power of touch and pressure, through the practitioner’s thumbs, fingers, palms, and knees, elbows and feet, as well as stretches and rotations of the receiver’s body, sometimes dynamic, sometimes seemingly quite static, to enable the positive movement of Ki (energy) throughout the body and to stimulate the clients own natural self-healing qualities.
To receive, Shiatsu is deeply relaxing and yet invigorating, leaving a feeling of tranquillity and a sense of being in touch with every part of one’s body. Giving Shiatsu is like performing a moving meditation and often leaves the giver feeling as balanced and energized as the receiver. Shiatsu always takes place fully clothed.
