Yoga Therapist, Trauma Informed, Women’s Health, Chronic Pain, Nervous System Regulation
ABOUT ME
Yoga found me in 2000 at age 19, via a Shiva Rea video from HMV. It gave me a glimpse into another world, and I’ve never looked back.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
I am in devotion to holding space for folks to connect with their own inner knowing, inviting movement, breathwork, meditation and deep rest. Expect gentle yet potent practices to help you come home to yourself, your own inner wisdom. Your body is wise, and it is my pleasure to accompany you on your journey.

Tasha Kalisher
Qigong, Shiatsu, Soul Midwife, Wild Medicine,
Polyvagal Informed Practice
ABOUT ME
I work on the principle in both my shiatsu and qigong that each of us, with support can find a way to wholeness and health. By understanding how we are feeling in our bodies we can understand how to navigate our lives with more awareness and in an empowered way. I often think about how life can open doors for you, how paths can open up in front of you and how a choice that seems so small can change your life. That is what happened for me. I wandered into a market stall in Auckland and picked up a small book about qigong practice. I started to do these forms, and the qi began to flow. I had the words for what I had always felt and as the practice deepened I felt myself connecting me to life in a deep and powerful way. It led me on this journey from working with children to being a healer with a deep and profound connection and love for the Earth and all her children.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
My qigong is a mix of forms from different schools to work through the seasons of the year. I bring imagery and mindfulness to deepen the experience of moving our bodies connected to the earth. By moving our bodies in rhythm to the seasons we can come in to deeper relationship with the earth and with ourselves.

Medicine Dance, Performing Arts (Dance)
Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT)
ABOUT ME
I’m a Bristol-based teacher, mother, and interdisciplinary artist with a deep connection to movement and self-expression. My path began in West Cork, Southern Ireland, where my early love for creativity eventually led me to London to study Performing Arts, specialising in Dance. During this time, I discovered Skinner Releasing Technique (SRT), which transformed my understanding of movement by shifting the focus from external performance to exploring my inner world. Years later, I was introduced to Medicine Dance through Fred and Colleen Sugerman, and this practice opened a new chapter of self-discovery for me. It became a way to connect deeply with myself and others through movement, mindfulness, and presence. With Fred’s guidance, I developed my teaching practice, facilitating Medicine Dance-inspired classes like Freedom in Motion. Now, with his blessing, I share Medicine Dance in its truest form. For me, movement is a lifelong journey of exploration and connection. Teaching allows me to hold space for others to explore their inner landscapes and uncover their own truths through the language of the body.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
My workshops are an invitation to connect with your inner landscapes through movement. Using music (and sometimes silence), we’ll pause, notice, and respond to the body’s sensations in the present moment. This practice is playful, meditative, and deeply grounding, offering a space to explore self-expression, choice, and connection to yourself and others.

Thai Massage, Holistic Massage
Women’s Health
ABOUT ME
I’m a holistic therapist and teacher with over 20 years of experience. While each of these modalities holds a special place in my journey, it was the ancient art of traditional Thai Massage, rooted in Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, and Metta (loving-kindness), that truly captured my heart. Since discovering this transformative practice, it has been my deep and ongoing study, and I am honoured to have shared it with individual clients, businesses, and students across the South West. In addition to my work in massage and teaching, I’ve co-authored How Am I?, a charting book focused on menstrual awareness and mental wellbeing within the female cycle. Through How Am I?, I’m passionate about supporting the growing societal shift toward positive menstrual education and providing accessible resources for communities to deepen their understanding.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this nurturing and interactive couples Thai massage workshop, you’ll learn to share simple yet powerful techniques inspired by traditional Thai massage. The session will guide you and your partner in giving and receiving mindful, restorative touch that fosters connection, trust, and relaxation. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and enjoy this unique shared experience.

Reflexology - Fertility/women's Health, Lymphatic
Reiki, Intuitive Plant Medicine
ABOUT ME
I have a deep love for connection—connection with people, stories, and the earth itself. My background is in community and youth work, but my journey has also led me to reflexology, energy work, and a deep relationship with plants. Through my travels and experiences, I’ve encountered many healing traditions, and one thing remains constant—our feet hold immense wisdom and offer a gateway to healing the whole body. I have a deep respect for the role our feet play in carrying us through life’s challenges and joys, and I love sharing this knowledge to support others in creating happy and healthy lifestyles. My practice is particularly influenced by Chinese medicine and its philosophy, which recognizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Whether through reflexology, working with the land, or simply holding space for others, my intention is always to offer a place of healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
For children and young people, I’ll be offering reflexology workshops that teach simple, intuitive techniques to help them tune into their bodies and support their well-being. Reflexology is a powerful yet accessible tool that fosters confidence, self-care, and connection. For adults, we will explore the relationship between the landscape and our inner world. Through time spent in nature, intentional reflection, and guided drumming, we will connect with the spirit of the land and uncover what is alive within us. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and embrace whatever is unfolding in your heart.

Caroline Reid
Yoga, Breathwork, Life Coach
ABOUT ME
For 23 years, I've had the privilege of teaching Scaravelli-inspired yoga through weekly classes in Bristol, workshops and retreats across the UK and Spain. I run online breathing courses and am a certified life coach, integrating coaching into group-work as well as one-to-one sessions. My yoga journey began in my late 20s, when scoliosis and a decade-long career as a theatre costume maker had left my body stiff and uncomfortable. Tension was making breathing difficult and my body longed for relief. I discovered Vanda Scaravelli's teachings and her transformative approach to yoga. Her book, Awakening The Spine (1991), continues to inspire worldwide. Initially, I felt I wasn’t ‘doing’ much in class, but my body responded with profound gratitude as tension began to dissolve. It was the start of an ongoing journey of unwinding and finding freedom. I have studied extensively with Vanda’s main students, learning how to bring ease, spaciousness and lightness into my body. This slow-paced approach encourages deep listening, releasing tension and refining movement. Poses are explored from within; connecting to the spine and fostering a natural, integrated way of moving, breathing and being. I feel honoured to share the legacy of this beautiful practice.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Explore yoga poses from the inside out and get to know your body better. Be kind, accepting, curious and even playful in your relationship with your body. Develop more awareness of where you are creating tension, forcing or straining and come away from the session with ways to help dissolve some of this. At the same time that you are undoing and unravelling, you will also find some parts of your body becoming much more alive or active. Settle into an increasing sense of wholeness and spaciousness which feels like a true homecoming.

Amanda Brown
Yoga, Somatic Movement, Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry
ABOUT ME
Amanda has been a movement educator for the last 40 years. She is a C-IAYT yoga therapist and runs regular teacher trainings. Over the years she has moonlighted with somatic movement, dance and other modalities. She is currently shifting more deeply into a Hanna Somatic based practice and integrating her experience as a biodynamic Cranio Sacral therapist into her work. As a registered CI practitioner following a training with Dr Gabor Mate 5 years ago, she brings a psychological awareness to any space and an MA in Authorial Practice enables a creative and playful approach.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
My intention is to offer a safe container for deep and kind explorations of self in its wholeness. We will orient to potential and resource in the body and then get curious about our experience of moving. Explorations will involve a range of gentle exercises designed to discover 'sensory motor amnesia' and an opportunity to unwind, re-organise, and integrate. I will be encouraging...... ASAP: as slow as possible, as soft as possible, as steady as possible, and to allow space and pause...oh, and a bit of writing for those who might like to take up the invitation.

Graina Pedersen
Craniosacral Biodynamics, Empowerment Coach
ABOUT ME
I believe deeply in our natural ability to heal and transform. My background is rooted in the arts and education, supporting people of all ages to navigate challenges and reconnect with their inner strength. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach, weaving together mind-body awareness, self-empowerment, and trauma-informed care. I’m a biodynamic craniosacral therapist, solution-focused brief therapist, firewalk instructor & empowerment coach. My work integrates relational practices with a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. In the spaces I hold, you are invited to slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with what is already within you. Guided by compassion, curiosity, and trust in the body’s intelligence, I support people through life’s transitions, encouraging growth, resilience, and the rediscovery of wholeness. I believe that just as a sunflower turns toward the sun, we too naturally orient toward health and vitality when given the right conditions to listen and respond.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The firewalk is a powerful practice in courage and transformation. With each step across the embers, you’ll meet your edges, move through fear, and awaken your inner strength. Rooted in ancient ritual, it invites you to release what no longer serves you and step forward with purpose. Guided with care and supported by community, the fire becomes a teacher—burning away doubt and illuminating your resilience. Through ceremony, preparation, and integration, you’ll leave feeling empowered, connected, and profoundly alive.

Rosa Sefi
Depth Psychotherapy, Expanded States Space Holding, Psychedelic Integration
ABOUT ME
I am a Cornwall-based psychotherapist, supervisor, and group facilitator and have had the privilege of working in the therapy field for over 20 years. I describe myself as a 'humanistic relational' therapist, which simply means that I believe everyone carries within them the wisdom and capacity to heal, grow, and move toward wholeness; and that as we are social beings at heart, the best conditions for this are within safe, trusting, loving relationships. I specialise in supporting people to prepare for, enter into and integrate their expanded state experiences. I have been called on to accompany people through death, birth, and a whole host of other sacred transitions. I have also supported people through tantric, plant medicine and breathwork journeys, and have recently begun to run regular community breathwork sessions with my beloved Aaron. We also co-host a monthly expanded states integration circle in Falmouth. My work is grounded in creating an environment of warmth and safety in which people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and somatic experiences while being met with compassion and clear reflection. I cherish ritual, movement, and creative practices as powerful ways to give voice and embodiment to aspects of our experience that words alone cannot fully capture. These elements are woven into everything I offer.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
I'll be helping to lead the opening and closing ceremonies at Yoga Camp, as well as hosting a Sunday afternoon Integration Circle. This will be a space in which you can create a mandala as a tangible reminder of the experiences and encounters you've had over the weekend ~ protected time to reflect on what you'd like to take back home into your everyday life. Translating deep, often ineffable experiences into visual form can help ground them, often revealing patterns and clarity that might not have been obvious at the time. This will lead into a sharing circle ~ a space to bear witness and be witnessed in our reflections, insights, and emerging growth. Weather permitting, I will also be creating a simple walking labryinth over the weekend. A peaceful space for a walking meditation, and intention setting in the centre.

Lucie Pemberton
Writer, Facilitator, Therapist
ABOUT ME
I have been working with therapeutic writing for almost ten years running workshops and guided sessions in community spaces, retreats, women’s circles, online, and in my home. I currently run a therapeutic creative writing course as part of the recovery programme at the Priory Hospital where I work as Addiction Therapist. I believe writing is a form of magic, it has the power to change how we think and feel, transport us through time and space, and make the unconscious conscious. When we write we connect with our creative life force, activate our imagination, and begin to hear our soul voice. My writing practice emerged during the Artist Way with a group of women (many of whom are here at Yoga Camp) when I began to do morning pages and later attended a weekend intensive with Julia Cameron. This process was the catalyst to some major life shifts and led me to MSc Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes and later Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Website – coming soon!
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Join me for morning pages, a practice of conscious writing from wherever we are as we come into the day. What are you noticing today? What is in your dreams, your thoughts, your heart, your body? This is time to reflect, be present with whatever's moving through you, let the pen do the talking, and hear what wants to be expressed.

Fay Rosamond
Yoga, Dance & Choreography, Somatic Practices & Pilates, Creative & Explorative Teaching
ABOUT ME
Fay grew up in Devon and has a love for nature. There she began exploring movement in her early childhood with Cechetti Ballet and contemporary dance. She later studied Dance and Choreography completing a BA Honours in Contemporary Dance from Bath Spa University 2006 before a post-graduate Diploma in Dance Studies 2008 from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Dance and Music, London. Fay danced professionally as well as teaching technique and creative dance sessions to children, students and adults of all ages. Fays explorations were rooted in Choreography, Performance, Dance Technique, Contact Improvisation, Movement Development, Somatic Practices and Pilates. In her late twenties after a knee injury Fay fully committed to yoga. Yoga practice helped Fay recover with a new found awareness of how the body and mind can heal if given the space and support to do so. Fay’s journey to become a teacher of yoga started here; with an understanding of limitations we have and also the freedom we can create. Fay went on to study with various different teachers at triyoga, London. She completed her 200 hours teacher training and Advanced 300 hour teacher training with Anna Ashby, Jean Hall and Joey Miles. Fays main explorations have been in Iyenga, Anusara, Ashtanga, Restorative and Vinyasa yoga. Fay also has a love for Music, Philosophy, Ceremony, History, and Art, all of which she has studied along side her love for Yoga. Her journey inspires her creative approach to teaching; with explorative asana sequences interweaving healthy alignment, breath, philosophy, sound and music. Fay is a registered Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
This Flow Yoga Rose Ritual class will focus on the weave of the Rose and Anahata (Heart) Chakra with a low asana sequence that will focus on deep heart/hip openers, with gentle inversions then a Pranayama and Gong bath finish. The first part of the class will be dynamic and will build up heat. The second part of the class will become more restorative with deep resting poses that work with pranayama and then sound. We will also work with a simple mantra at the beginning and end of the class to honour the tradition and align with our intention. Rose holds the frequency of Unconditional Love which has an affinity with Venus and the Heart Chakra. In the practiced we will explore visualisations and mediative states to connect with the vibration of the Rose honouring its qualities of Love, Beauty and Compassion; to explore how the Rose (nature) is a reflection of what's within us. Through ceremony using Rose Water and a Rose Altar we re-organise our inner structure to create flow, strength and grace in our practice. This will be a mediative journey exploring embodied awareness, visualisation and tantric philosophy. We will weave our awareness into an exploration of the eternal awareness of the universal presence; Gold thread into the heart of the practitioner; to those around us and beyond.

Alison Wheeler
Holistic therapist, bodyworker, yoga teacher, workshop facilitator, dancer, musician
ABOUT ME
Ever since the age of 3, I have loved to dance and explore the infinite myriad of ways that our bodies can move. I discovered yoga at the tender age of 16 back when it was a rare find. A small notice in a church hall set me up for life! Now in my late 40's I simply could not live without it. Movement and breath connected not only keeps the aches and pains at bay, it supports life to flow more easily and joyfully and nurtures an inner resilience to face life's challenges. I am forever grateful for the wide variety of practices my path has been blessed with along the way and I am deeply passionate about sharing them with others. "Movement is the song of the body" Vanda Scaravelli.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We begin with some grounding practices that bring us into full presence in our bodies and the space and then we move into an individual exploration of embodied free movement allowing our inner knowing to guide the way. This is followed by practising in pairs where we explore giving and receiving our weight with another and settling into asanas, sometimes still and sometimes flowing, which feels doubly nourishing due to the support of a fellow human. Desert is served with a dose of giving and receiving some simple massage techniques and a final relaxation. Bring on the bliss. Come with a friend or come solo and make a new one. All welcome.
