Reviews from our previous yoga escapes:

'A deeply nourishing safe space to simply be.  Somewhere to tune out of the rush of every-day life and have a moment to look after yourself. A time to fill your cup so you can go back to filling others. Everyone should do this, especially those who mother!'

'A very relaxing day in a place where you can feel safe and understand by others.'

'Day of escape from the crazy but beautiful world of motherhood!! Just what I needed and sure other women would value and appreciate something like this too! It was perfect and right timing for me as it was what my mind, body and soul needed :)) Gave me time to just relax and reflect on so much time absorbed on giving... It was a lovely day and can't thank you all enough for being there. Thank you & Namaste'

'A day just to stop and take stock, rest and be nurtured, surrounded by like-minded souls.'

The day will be led by Leonie Taylor, Senior Vajrasati yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, 500 + hour Yoga Alliance accreditation and Thai Yoga Therapist; and Janee Swan, Thai Yoga Massage therapist, Family Constellator and yoga teacher 200+ hour Yoga Alliance.

Allow us to hold a space where you can deeply relax and nurture yourself as we turn inward during the colder months.

Our theme 'Release and Reconnect', as we would like to welcome the release of that which does not serve us and encourage and sustain inner peace, mirroring the change of season and the shifts we are adapting to as a society.

We have designed this deeply nourishing Sunday workshop for you - an afternoon day including calming and healing meditation, pranayama, mantra , sound and gentle resilience-building asana.

We will include some self Thai Yoga Massage techniques which you can take home with you to practice on yourself and your loved ones. You may choose your come with and share the event with a loved on or come as you are; we will be in our own personal ‘bubbles’ but will be able to enjoy practising together as a community.

You are asked to please bring your own yoga mat, blankets and cushions for lots of comfort.

Small print: If any changes in Covid status occur, the workshop will continue on Zoom, so in a world of uncertainty you can depend on this afternoon of deep release.

If you experience any Covid symptoms prior to or on the day of the event please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to resell your ticket for you but if cancellation is within one week of the event we cannot offer refund if this is not possible  - you can transfer to a friend or family member.
