Helen Noakes
Scaravelli inspired Yoga
My whole being was catapulted into a new world when I had the good fortune to train with Gary Carter in 2002. Discovering Yoga in the spirit of Vanda Scaravelli offered me firm grounding and gave me the courage to guide others. This changed everything along with the experience of live dissection with Julian Baker and Gary at Functional Anatomy.
Lucy Small
Yoga Music Flow
A modern yoga movement practice can make your body stronger and more flexible but, for me, the connection between body, mind and soul outweighs those lovely bonuses. When we move and find stillness, we find connection within ourselves and each other. Yoga can help your mind to stay present and within this process you may find moments of peace in your soul.
For me, the ever-evolving postures (asanas) literally get me out of my head. Meditation helps me accept what is. Breathwork (pranayama) allows me to stay connected to the 'now' and let go of what no longer serves me. Taking this off the mat and in to my everyday life is a priceless gift.

People are waking up to the fact that the nervous system is the key to long-term health (oh — and happiness too)!
Katia Belcher
Kundalini YOga
Katia has been passionately teaching Kundalini yoga in and around Brighton for over 10 years. Katia loves teaching kundalini yoga as it is a powerful & potent practice that acts as a catalyst for positive change. Kundalini yoga is known to be the “yoga of awareness” as it expands our consciousness & connects us to our truth (highest purpose). The combination of
mantras (healing sound vibration), physical yoga (kundalini kriyas), pranayama (breathwork), mudras (energetic seals/ hand gestures) & meditations are an effective formula to balance the glandular system and strengthen the nervous system.
